YouTube API Services. Prodyuser AI uses YouTube API Services. By using Prodyuser AI you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Prodyuser AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
What data we access. (a) Public YouTube data, read with an API key: for channels you add (your own and channels you choose to follow) — channel ID, name, handle, description, profile image, subscriber, view and video counts; for videos — ID, title, description, tags, thumbnail, publish time, duration, view, like and comment counts, and public comments. (b) Data you authorize with the optional Connect channel analytics (read-only): View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly) is used only to read the ID and name of the channel you own (channels.list, mine=true) to confirm it is the channel you added; View YouTube Analytics reports for your YouTube content (yt-analytics.readonly) gives your channel's YouTube Analytics and YouTube Reporting data: views, watch time, average view duration, average percentage viewed, likes, comments, shares, subscribers gained, audience retention, traffic sources, thumbnail impressions and impressions click-through rate. We never see your Google password. We do not ask for permission to upload, edit or delete anything, and we do not access revenue data. (c) Telegram data: your Telegram user ID, username, name, your phone number if you share it, the messages, links and screenshots you send to the bot, and your plan and payment status.
How we use it. Only to provide the features you see in the bot: channel reports, follow-ups after each upload, explanations of your numbers, AI suggestions for titles, thumbnails, descriptions and tags, and voice summaries of your reports.
AI processing. To create your analysis we send only the data that analysis needs to our AI service providers, Anthropic (Claude API) and Google (Gemini API, paid service), only to produce the analysis and its voice version. Under their API terms they do not use this data to train their models. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models, and we do not allow anyone else to do so.
Sharing. We do not sell or rent your data, use it for advertising, credit-worthiness or lending decisions, or give it to data brokers. Data from your connected account is shown only to you, not to other users or our staff. We share data only with service providers that run the service for us (Google Cloud hosting; Anthropic and Google Gemini for AI processing as described above; Telegram, which delivers the bot's messages), when needed for security, when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of assets, only after asking for your explicit consent first.
Human access. Our team does not read your Google user data unless you ask us to for a specific support request, it is necessary for security (for example investigating abuse), or the law requires it.
Protection. Data is stored on our server in Google Cloud. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, all connections use HTTPS, and we never store Google passwords.
Retention and deletion. Tokens are kept only while your channel analytics is connected. Public statistics of channels you follow are deleted no later than 30 days after we retrieve them; other video data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days. If you tap Disconnect analytics, we revoke the token with Google right away and delete the data obtained with it within 7 days (usually immediately). If you remove Prodyuser AI's access in your Google Account, we delete that data within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data, we do it within 7 days (usually immediately); payment records are kept as required by law, and your Telegram ID is kept only to prevent repeated free trials. Deleting data from Prodyuser AI does not delete anything on YouTube.
How to revoke access. In the bot: 📺 Kanalim → 🔌 Analitikani uzish (Disconnect analytics). Or open myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Prodyuser AI and choose Remove access.
How to delete your data. In the bot: 📺 Kanalim → 🗑 Ma'lumotlarimni o'chirish (Delete my data), or send /ochirish.
Cookies. The bot stores nothing on your device, and this website does not use cookies.
Limited Use. Prodyuser AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes. If we change how we use Google user data, we will tell you in the bot and ask you to accept the updated policy before you continue.
